The All Levels Jiu Jitsu class is designed for all students from the absolute beginner through the advanced practitioner.
An active warm up focusing on functional movement is covered followed by a breakdown instruction of a chosen technique or series of techniques. You will have the opportunity to practice and rep with your buddy and then roll.
